Etna Bianco Superiore is a DOC wine that can only be produced in the Milo area. To have the mention of “Superior” one of the requirements is that it must be produced with at least 80 percent Carricante.
Our Rachele Wine is made from 100% Carricante.
It is presented as a white wine with a straw-yellow color.
The nose has mineral, fruity hints with interesting notes of orange blossom.
The palate is a refined and balanced white.
