The Etna Bianco Superiore is a DOC wine that can only be produced in the territory of Milo. To
have the “Superiore” designation, one of the requirements is that it must be made with at least
80% Carricante grapes.
Our Wine is made with 100% Carricante grapes.
On the nose, it has mineral and fruity aromas with interesting notes of orange blossom.
On the palate, it is a refined and well-balanced white wine.
