Production philosophy: we work our soil carefully and take great care in treating the leaf system so as to minimize sulfur and copper treatments. We choose only top-quality grapes for winemaking. Our wine is aged in stainless steel containers so as to leave its natural characteristics intact

Harvest: by hand in 20 kg crates; harvest time is October
Vinification: our grapes are carefully chosen, once harvested they are placed in the appropriate boxes and in the shortest possible time reach the winery where destemming and crushing will begin, only then will pressing take place. Next, the wort is fermented in neutral containers
Aging: after proper checks, the wine is left to age in stainless steel containers and only then is it bottled and left to age before it can be tasted
Storage: storage takes place in our warehouses, at a constant temperature of 15°.
Alcohol content: 12.5 percent (2021)
